Ways to Connect and Shop with Us

In order to follow CDC guidelines and maintain a safe environment for our patrons and team, we must limit the number of persons inside our building at any given time.  While our business is still open and thriving, our physical showroom and service department spaces are now open only to our team so we're conducting business outdoors (where cycling should be, right?).  We apologize for the inconvenience and will do our best to provide a safe and quality shopping experience.

No-contact shopping is available 24/7 at  You can shop online for CURBSIDE PICKUP, and we can even SHIP/DELIVER MANY ITEMS DIRECTLY TO YOUR HOME OR OFFICE.  If you'd like something quickly, please remember to click the “In Stock” button to see what we have available for same-day pickup.  Our website is synced to our in-store inventory, and that of our vendors.  "In Stock" means we have it now.  “At Vendor's Warehouse” means it is available for us to order, but not in our store.  We'd be happy to get it for pickup, delivery or have it shipped to your home.

If you have a bike or merchandise to pick up, call our 319-393-6557 number when you arrive and we'll bring out your bike or merchandise.

Delivery services inside homes have been suspended.  Deliveries to front doors, back doors and garages are still OK as long as we can keep our distance.  We can DROPSHIP many parts, accessories and apparel items and orders directly to your home, or help you create a "Click-N-Collect Curbside At Our Store" order. Click-and-Collect Bikes are shipped FREE to Northtowne and assembled at no additional charge. Click-and-Collect Bikes are shipped FREE to Northtowne and assembled at no additional charge.

While we can sell lots of parts and accessories as first-come, first-served on a walk-up basis, bike sales appointments are requested and highly recommended.  If you do not have a sales appointment and need knowledge or products – no worries!   You can still call or stop in, but keep in mind that, for crowd control, we may have to give you a call back or schedule a time to connect later if an appropriate resource isn't available.  Please see this page for sales procedures

If you have a sales appointment, please check-in at the outdoor table and we’ll help you as soon as we are available.  All patrons will be asked to sterilize their hands and put on nitrile gloves before touching products or test-riding bicycles.  We also strive to maintain safe social distance.  Please see this page for sales procedures
