Ways to Connect and Shop with Us

In order to follow CDC guidelines and maintain a safe environment for our patrons and team, we must limit the number of persons inside our store at any given time.  We apologize for the inconvenience and will do our best to provide a safe and quality shopping experience.  

We are open for business

No-contact shopping is available 24/7 at www.northtownebikes.com.  You can shop online for CURBSIDE PICKUP, and we can even SHIP MANY ITEMS DIRECTLY TO YOUR HOME OR OFFICE.  If you'd like something quickly, please remember to click the “In Stock” button to see what we have available for same-day pickup.  Our website is synched to our in-store inventory, and that of our vendors.  "In Stock" means we have it now.  “In Warehouse” means it is available at our vendor and we can order it for pickup, delivery or shipped to your home.  We are happy to special order items!

Delivery services inside homes have been suspended.  Deliveries to front doors, back doors and garages are still allowable.

We can DROPSHIP many parts, accessories and apparel items and orders directly to your home, or help you create a "Click-N-Collect Curbside At Store" order from www.specialized.com.

If you have a bike to drop off, please park it in the outdoor bike parking rack and then call 319-393-6557 or come inside to check-in.  If you need assistance unloading, please ask - we’re happy to come out and help.

If you have a bike or merchandise to pick up, please come inside to check in or call our 319-393-6557 number and we will then meet you outside with your bike or merchandise.

Sales appointments are optional, but not required at this time.  If you do not have a sales appointment and need knowledge or products – no worries!   Call or stop in. It’s likely we can help you now, so please check in when you arrive to see if we have the capacity to do so at this time.  to ask for a call back, or to schedule an appointment.  Please see this page for in-store sales procedures

If you have a sales appointment, please check-in and we’ll help you as soon as we are available.  All patrons will be asked to sterilize their hands and put on nitrile gloves when in our showroom area and before test-riding bicycles.  We also strive to maintain safe social distance.  Please see this page for in-store sales procedures
