For fitness equipment service, please call the store with your request. If a technician is not available to take your call at that time, we will gather your information and return a call as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours. In many cases we can troubleshoot or help over the phone, discuss alternatives, and may be able to get the correct parts ordered to bring, requiring only one visit.
