In order to follow CDC guidelines and maintain a safe distance for our patrons and team, we have modified our regular product and equipment delivery and installation policies.
Deliveries and service calls that require entry to a home are available if you and our Team Members BOTH WEAR MASKS and can maintain a distance of AT LEAST 6 feet.
Please call with your fitness equipment service-related information. If a technician is not available, we will gather your information and have a technician return a call as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours. In many cases we can troubleshoot or help over the phone, discuss alternatives, and may be able to get the correct parts ordered so they are available to bring, requiring only one visit.
